Corporate Real Estate Management Advisory

In Turkey, the real estate portfolios have a very dynamic nature, since the general economic outlook of the country is very dynamic, there is a rapid change in the value of the real estate portfolios.

Within the scope of our service, as the first step, we generate an inventory of the real estate portfolio. Afterwards, valuation reports are prepared on an independent unit basis. We prepare periodic valuation reports in line with the needs in order to keep up with the rapid change, compare the current situation with the pre-existing situation, and make predictions about the future. We provide information about all our work with an executive summary during and at the end of the process.

In line with our customer’s request, a database is created by collecting the spatial and chronological data of each real estate with the Real Estate Management System software. The customer can access the data online at any time and access the required information and documents.
