We started our service in Kadikoy, Istanbul.

Capital Markets Board License Received
2008
Izmir Branch Started Operations.
2010
Authorized by the BRSA.
First Overseas Valuation Report Prepared. Ankara and Antalya Branches Opened
2011
Istanbul Bakırköy and Kayseri Liaison Offices Opened.
2012
Urban Transformation Projects Started.
2014
Adana, Trabzon, Malatya and Bursa Branches became operational.
2015
Our compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Standard was certified by Bureau Veritas.
2016
Our Gaziantep Branch became operational.
2017
We switched from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard.
Samsun Branch was opened.
2018
We won the “Excellence in Quality” award at the Leaders Summit in London.
Our Chairman of the Board of Directors Baki Budakoğlu received the “Executive of the Year” award.
2020
We opened our first overseas branch in the Netherlands, becoming the first Turkish valuation company to branch internationally.
We became the Turkish representative of the European Valuers Alliance. We were accredited by RICS. We started working at the DEIK Netherlands – Turkey Business Council. We started working at the DBA Association.
